Biosal - Zangrando 

Biosal is a natural sea salt obtained from the evaporation of sea water, in an ecologically protected zone in Sicily. Hand processed in accordance with a 2000-year-old tradition, it does not contain additives, antiagglomerates, or insoluble residues, and is naturally white. All the minerals that accompany sodium chloride and numerous other trace mineals are preserved. It has the perfect balance of minerals for sea salt because it contains less sodium chloride and more potassium and magnesium compared to "industrial" table salt. It is more soluble than normal salts, so it easily dissolves into foods and meat to enhance flavors.

Recommended Use: Add less than anticipated, as Biosal sea salt is more concentrated than regular salt.
