Natural Deodorants
Sweating is the body's natural cooling system. However, when sweat is prevented from evaporating, bacteria present on the surface of the skin begin to multiply. This is why the area of the underarm is so susceptible to giving off offensive odors. Antiperspirants are one way of dealing with this problem. However, blocking normal perspiration is not ideal, not to mention the fact that a number of common ingredients found in antiperspirants have been implicated in various health problems. For this reason, antideodorants are preferable. However, artificial deodorants, as with any other substances that comes in contact with our skin, can constitute a health hazard and/or lead to dermatological problems.
