2. Payment for Orders
Important information for customers outside Israel, including the United States:
Although prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), the transaction is charged in NIS (Israeli shekels). The USD price is converted to NIS at the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment. Your bank or card issuer may then convert the amount into your local currency.
Your bank or card issuer may also charge fees for international transactions or currency conversion. As a result, the final amount shown on your statement may differ slightly from the USD amount displayed on our website.
Vitamin Global Ltd. is not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery
We offer two delivery options within Israel. Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery method.
1. PickUP service
Delivery to a convenient PickUP point, arranged with you after your order is placed.
Delivery takes 3-7 business days.
Maximum package weight: 8 kg (17.6 lbs), including packaging.
Shipping is NIS 25.90 for orders up to NIS 300.
Free shipping is available for orders over NIS 300.
2. Courier delivery
Delivery directly to your door. Delivery details will be arranged with you after your order is placed.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Maximum package weight: 8 kg (17.6 lbs), including packaging.
A NIS 69.90 delivery fee applies to orders under NIS 599.
Free delivery is available for orders over NIS 599.
The prices displayed on the website apply to online orders only!
4. International Shipping
Before placing an order, we recommend checking the customs regulations and import requirements applicable in your country of residence.
If a shipment is delayed or held by customs authorities in the destination country, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, fines, and return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination country.
Once you have added an item to your cart, you can check the exact shipping cost using the shipping calculator.
The displayed shipping cost will be updated automatically as you add or remove items from your cart.
International shipping is available via the following methods:
1. International Registered Mail
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the local postal service.
The maximum package weight is 2 kg, including packaging.
Depending on the destination country, registered mail may be delivered directly to the recipient’s mailbox or made available for collection at the local post office.
As delivery procedures vary by country, we recommend checking with your local postal service for details.
2. International Courier Service
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the courier service.
Shipments are delivered directly to the recipient’s address and require a signature upon delivery.
The maximum package weight is 5 kg, including packaging.
5. Taxes and Prices
All prices on the "Vitamin Global" website include VAT at a rate of 18%.

Shipping charges are billed in Israeli shekels according to the national currency exchange rate on the date of the order.
6. Product Returns or Order Cancellation
In the event of order cancellation:
In the event of cancellation of a credit card transaction at the customer's request (for an order that has not yet been shipped), a cancellation fee of NIS 12 will be charged.
Product / Order Returns:
In accordance with the guidelines of the Israeli Ministry of Health, dietary supplements cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been delivered to the customer.
Except for dietary supplements as stated above, a refund may be requested if the customer notifies us that they do not wish to receive the order, within 3 days of receiving the shipment. The shipment must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The return must be coordinated in advance with customer service.
It is recommended to return the shipment using the courier company through which it was sent.
Every shipment returned to the company must include an accompanying letter.

Every returned shipment must include a letter. Only products whose original packaging has not been opened may be returned. After the returned products are received by "Vitamin Global", approximately 10 business days will be required for inspection and refund processing.
If an error was made by "Vitamin Global Ltd.", all expenses, including shipping costs, will be covered by the company and the customer's account will be credited.
In other cases (for example: an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, the mail item was not collected by the recipient after the specified holding period), "Vitamin Global" may, at its discretion, refund the customer for the cost of the products that were returned to us, and deduct from the refund 10% for packaging and order handling + the full shipping cost paid to the shipping companies and the cost of products that were damaged or used.
7. Ordered Items That Are Out of Stock
In most cases, all products are available in the "Vitamin Global" warehouses.
If an ordered product is out of stock, shipment will be delayed until it is received from the manufacturer.
If one or more ordered products cannot be supplied, an email notification will be sent.
The customer's account will not be charged until the order has been completed.
8. Website Updates
From time to time, manufacturers change product packaging and product information without notifying stores.
"Vitamin Global" is not responsible for such changes.
We make every effort to update our website with all information received regarding the products.
Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people taking prescription medications, and children should consult a doctor.
