Directions for Use: Add one tablespoon of dried rose hips to two cups of boiling water and let steep in a thermos for 24 hours. Drink half a cup 2–3 times daily before meals. Alternatively, steep two teaspoons of crushed rose hips in one cup of boiling water for 15 minutes.
