Cooking Instructions: Rinse the soup mix thoroughly and drain. Chop onions, carrots, and celery, and sauté in a pot with a small amount of oil. Add the soup mix, cover with double the amount of water, season with salt and pepper, and stir. Partially cover the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours until the ingredients are soft. If the water evaporates during cooking, add boiling water to achieve the desired consistency.
