Directions for Use: Add 5–10 drops of the blend to a ladle of water and stir well. When desired, pour the scented water over the hot sauna stones to increase the heat and fill the sauna with a refreshing aroma.
Important: Never pour undiluted oil directly onto the hot sauna stones. The oil may scorch, produce smoke, and create a fire hazard.
